Charlie and Debbie Papillo, of Pizza Papillo, have been making pizza for their family all of their lives, inspired by Debbie's Grandmother Rose's Neapolitan roots.

In 2010, the duo decided to bring their love for cooking to all that wish to experience true Neapolitan style pizza. They mounted their imported Italian wood burning oven onto to a custom built trailer, and began to cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, graduations, and reunions.

In 2012, Charlie traveled to Naples, Italy to learn more about the art of wood fired pizza. 

Pizza Papillo was honored in 2016 to be included in the book "Where to Eat Pizza", an international guide to the best pizza in the world.
